Welcome to ObjeXme (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ObjeXme platform, mobile applications, website (https://www.objexme.com), and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

  • You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.

  • You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • You may not use the Service to simulate illegal, harmful, or unethical sales interactions.
     

2. Subscription & Payment

  • ObjeXme may offer free trials, subscription-based services, or one-time purchases.

  • By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis unless canceled.

  • Prices and features are subject to change. We will notify users of material changes in advance.

  • Refunds are granted at our sole discretion and typically not offered for used subscription time.
     

3. Intellectual Property

  • All content, code, algorithms, UI/UX design, simulations, and trademarks on the platform are the property of ObjeXme or its licensors.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the platform unless explicitly authorized.

  • You retain ownership of the original content you submit but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use it in connection with service operation and improvement.
     

4. User Content and Conduct

  • You agree not to upload, share, or simulate content that is discriminatory, obscene, misleading, or infringing.

  • We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose legal/compliance risks.

  • ObjeXme does not monitor conversations in real time but may audit usage patterns for quality assurance and product development.
     

5. AI-Powered Coaching Disclaimer

  • The Service provides AI-generated feedback and simulated coaching for training purposes only.

  • ObjeXme is not responsible for real-world decisions made based on AI feedback or scoring.

  • Human supervision is recommended when applying AI feedback to high-stakes sales scenarios.
     

6. Data & Privacy

  • All user data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • By using the Service, you consent to the collection and analysis of your performance data, which may be anonymized and used to improve the platform.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of personal data shared within the platform.
     

7. Service Availability & Modifications

  • ObjeXme is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features or access at any time, with or without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, ObjeXme and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

  • Total liability in any event shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service in the prior 12 months.
     

9. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time via your dashboard.

  • We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if you breach these Terms or misuse the platform.

  • Upon termination, your right to access the Service will immediately cease. We may retain anonymized performance data for analytics.
     

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Melbourne, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
